| We are served by a daily bus service to the historic city of Peel with its wealth of pubs, restaurants, ancient history and narrow streets is the nearest town to Dalby. Nearby there is a restaurant and a local pub both serving local delicacies. |
| Dalby is rumoured to have a ghost, which we manx call a "spook". No one has seen this yet but stories say it is the shape of a Mongoose! Dalby and Niarbyl are famous for being the location for the film "Waking Ned". |
